Difficulty that finds your level
You carry a rating and so does every question, on one shared scale. Answer well and you move up while the question moves down. Nobody assigns you a level from a dropdown; it is measured from what you actually answer.
Aptitude screening is a scored test. Scored tests can be trained for.
Most graduate applications are filtered by a reasoning test before a recruiter reads a word of your CV. Wamberry gives you calibrated practice against that filter: numerical, verbal, logical and abstract reasoning, plus situational judgement. We do not train personality questionnaires, because they are not objectively scorable.

The last one is struck out on purpose. A personality questionnaire has no answer key, so there is nothing to teach and no honest way to score your progress. Reasoning is different: it is objectively marked, and it improves with the right practice.
