Terms of service
1. Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and William Ambery, a sole trader operating as Wamberry ("we", "us"). They govern your use of the Wamberry platform. By using it you accept them.
2. What we provide
Practice questions for the reasoning tests commonly used in graduate selection, with worked solutions, and a rating system that adapts difficulty to you. A free tier is available without payment. A premium subscription adds access to the full question bank, percentile benchmarking and weakness drilling.
We write our own questions. We do not reproduce any test publisher's material, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any employer, test publisher or assessment provider. Where we describe a question format we are describing a type of reasoning task, not any particular company's test.
3. What we do not promise
We help you prepare. We cannot promise a particular score, that you will pass any assessment, or that you will be offered a job. Any figures we publish about the effect of practice come from published research about people in general, not a prediction about you.
We also cannot promise the service will never be unavailable, though we will keep interruptions short and rare.
4. Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. One person per account: the rating system measures an individual, and sharing an account makes your own results meaningless as well as breaching these terms.
You must be at least 16 years old. You must be 18 or over to buy a subscription.
5. Acceptable use
Do not copy, republish, scrape or resell our questions or worked solutions. Do not use automated means to extract the question bank. Do not attempt to interfere with the platform's security or with other users' data. Do not use the platform to cheat in a live assessment you are actually sitting — practise before, not during.
We may suspend an account that breaches this section, and we will tell you why.
6. Our content
The questions, worked solutions, figures and the platform itself belong to us and are protected by copyright. Using the platform gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own preparation, and nothing more.
7. Paid subscriptions
Premium is offered as:
- Monthly: 100 SEK per month, renewing monthly.
- Season Pass: 249 SEK per three months, renewing every three months.
Prices include any VAT that applies to you. Payment is taken by our payment provider, Stripe, at the start of each period; if your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next payment; it does not refund the period you have already paid for, except where the law gives you a refund.
Your right to cancel within 14 days. If you are a consumer you have 14 days from subscribing to change your mind and receive a refund. Because a subscription gives you immediate access to digital content, you will be asked at checkout to confirm that you want access to start straight away and to acknowledge that doing so ends your 14-day cancellation right. If you do not give that confirmation, access begins after the 14 days. If you do give it, and we have failed to make this clear, the refund is yours on request.
To cancel, open your account page and choose "Manage subscription & billing". This opens Stripe's billing portal, where you sign in with the email you paid with and cancel in no more steps than subscribing took. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
If we change the price, we will tell existing subscribers before it applies and you may cancel instead.
8. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. We may end this agreement if you breach these terms, or on reasonable notice if we discontinue the service, in which case we will refund any period you have paid for but not received.
9. Our liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to exclude. Beyond that, we are not liable for loss of an employment opportunity, loss of earnings, or any indirect loss arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Data
We handle information about you as described in our privacy notice.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If a change matters to you we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect, and you may end the agreement if you do not accept it.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Sweden, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
